The Role:
Qualification & Experience Requirements:
Level I:
* The job holder must hold a Bachelor's Degree in Electronic / Telecommunications Engineering or Computer Science
* The job holder must have at least 5 years of experience in ICT area
* The job holder must have at least 1 years of experience in managing ICT Infrastructure management in complex environments;
Required Competences:

* Has required skills in provision of ICT Network services and ability to:
* Actively perform all the relevant service delivery and support processes
* Interpret results for service delivery and take decision on corrective actions
* Know how to analyze service delivery provision and report outcome to senior colleagues
* Has sound knowledge of change control processes and actively use them in operational services
* Is aware of service level agreements and their significance and has a general understanding of the customer environment
* Demonstrates basic knowledge of information security principles
