A rare opportunity has arisen for a seasoned Service and Installations Leader to exceed our customers' operational needs as the Organization continues to grow in the local Overhead Sectional Door Market. Role of Installations and Service Leader Reporting to the MD of Norport the main role as Managing Director for Norport is: Lead and manage the team of 14 Service and Installation engineers, to ensure efficiency in processes and delivery. Monitor and review daily, weekly, monthly KPI's and take appropriate action to improve performance Ensure the highest standards of health and safety at all times. Support and encourage a proactive commercial culture in the Operations teams to maximise sales and revenue opportunities. Look to continuously reduce our installation costs on equipment sales and service field operations costs Professionally represent the company at all times to promote and enhance its reputation. Person Specification Experience in installation, service, supply chain and or project management, ideally gained from within the Construction Industry Proven to working in a fast moving Organisation in a technical /service oriented segment Excellent communication skills and able to interact with stakeholders at all levels of a business Understands need to balance strategic, long term thinking with short term operational actions "Can do" attitude, decisive with the desire to make things happen at a very fast pace and to challenge the status quo.
