Job Description
Tasks:
In this role your main accountabilities will be: interface with external warehouse and suppliers and standardize internal unit logistic. You will manage the inventory analysis in order to optimize it (focusing of lean production standards) and you will do statistical analysis. You will conduct piece part stock out analysis, identify root causes and assign follow-up actions to appropriate value chain function. You will select and optimize raw material inventory levels to maintain supplies at targeted service levels. You will analyse excess inventory, identifies root cause and assigns follow-up action to appropriate value chain function. You will lead part classification into ABCD or ABC/XYZ. in order to optimize purchasing quantities, order patterns (e.g. just in time) and best methods of materials management.
Requirements:
You have Master Degree in Management Engineering. Technical knowledge on lean production, techniques of materials management (Storeban/Kanban, Safety stock), MRP system are required.
Good knowledge of English both written and spoken and fluency in Italian will complete your profile.
