Tasks:
Do you see yourself as a visionary and a strategic advisor who successfully helps customers set new industry standards? Are you an experienced program manager and manage complex high-risk projects through all phases? Then we would like to entrust you with the holistic management of programs and the integrated multidisciplinary teams among our most important top customers.
This means in concrete terms:
Together with the customer, you define the conceptual program or project framework on the basis of the company strategy and business priorities and communicate these to the various stakeholders.
This includes the selection of the appropriate techniques, methods and tools as well as the integration of new technologies / services.
Afterwards, you monitor the budget, schedule and quality-oriented program execution with the aim of optimizing the processes at the customer at different locations.
In doing so, you gain deep insight into the industry and the business of the customer, build lasting customer relationships at management level, deliver scalable solutions and contribute to the development of high-performance teams through continuous process improvement and mentoring.
Last but not least, we advise you on compliance issues and support our sales team, for example, in the offer review.
Qualifications:
Economics, technical or natural sciences degree or a comparable qualification.
Long-term experience and proven success in the management of IT multiprojects, programs and portfolios, combined with a factual and cooperative management style.
Project management certification (eg IPMA, Prince 2, PMP).
Practice in the strategy-compliant creation of program concepts and their implementation.
Extensive industry knowledge and excellent process know-how in the respective customer environment.
Excellent skills in the care of customer relations.
Communication and moderation security at CxO level.
Very good German and English spoken and written, a second foreign language is a plus.
Fun at changing project sites.
