IT Support Engineer (m / f)
Your tasks:
User support in the Helpdesk (remote and on-site)
Analysis and elimination of faults
Installation and configuration of hardware and software
Maintenance of PC's, thinclient, smartphones and printers
Installation and configuration of network components
Construction, removal and relocation of hardware
Your qualifications:
Completed vocational training in the IT sector
(system integrator) or comparable professional experience
Very good knowledge of operating systems Windows, IOS, Android
Dealing with MS Office products
Good knowledge of German and English spoken and written
Communication and team skills
Careful and independent work
