At the Performance, Talent & Learning CoC in Düsseldorf, Germany, we are looking for a Manager Diversity & Engagement (m/f).
YOUR TASKS
Steer and support the global employee survey and follow-up process
Implement selected female career initiatives
Run and steer various global diversity initiatives as well as family and career topicsT
Track and report diversity metrics
Develop and support selected talent development programs
Manage and involve stakeholders like managers, sponsors, mentors, and external providers
Partner with other Performance, Talent & Learning peers in order to support various CoC projects
YOUR QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor or Master Degree in Psychology, Human Resources, or comparable education
Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in the area of Personnel & Organizational Development
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent project management skills
Good facilitation and communication skills
Very structured and organized working style
Excellent English skills; moderate German skills
Very good knowledge of MS-Office, particularly Excel & PowerPoint
