Role
As Marketing & Communications Assistant at Netquest your responsibilities will be:
Support global communications & marketing activities.
Support locally our global corporate communications team with the production of events in EU (Spain and the rest of Europe) congress registrations and market research tradeshows, memberships, merchandising and other collateral offline marketing activities. You’ll be in touch with local providers and will be our connection with them.
Execute online marketing campaigns for lead generation in the EU.
Analyze metrics and report the results monthly (web, blog, social media).
Blog owner: you’ll be in charge of publishing the new blog posts and helping optimize them for SEO, this way you’ll help deliver the global Content plan & SEO strategy.
Reviewing paper submissions for the different events we attend to in the EU.
Manage the marketing budget for the EU market (this includes invoice management, making sure that payments to providers are made on time and updating the forecasting budget template)

We are looking for a proactive, self-sufficient, energetic, organized, efficient and detail-oriented person. We are looking for a person willing to develop his/her career in the digital marketing field and who enjoys teamwork.
As Marketing & Communication Assistant we expect you to perform tasks in different marketing and communications fields (online marketing, community management, online advertising, events management, etc) for our US subsidiary in a fast paced environment.
You are a good candidate if you have the following skills and experience:
Degree in Marketing, Advertising and Public Relations, Audiovisual Communication or Journalism.
+1 year of experience in Marketing and Communication, specially in events production.
Excellent copywriting skills.
Excellent project and time management.
Knowledge on keeping track of budgets and expenses management.
Strong analytical skills.
Knowledge of Digital Marketing.
Knowledge of Photoshop/Illustrator, Dreamweaver, Powerpoint, HTML.
Social media management tools.
Ideally, you will also have:
Experience in Hubspot and Inbound marketing.
Experience with SEO strategies.
Postgraduate studies or Master’s degree in digital marketing or communication.
