Netquest is the online fieldwork provider for the market research sector leader in Spain, Portugal and Latin America. We currently have more than 1,000,000 consumers willing to give us their opinion in 21 countries, and the latest technology to manage and survey them.
We are currently looking for a talented Tax & Accounting Coordinator to join our Finance department and be responsible for some of our international subsidiaries.
Main responsibilities:
Our Tax & Accounting Coordinator will take ownership for delivering the income tax and accounting processes ensuring full compliance with required reporting standards to deadline.
This is a fast-paced environment which requires a proactive, hands on and dynamic person who is able to build good relationships with national and international stakeholders and is willing to travel frequently.
The selected candidate will:
- Build and develop relationships with our international Finance & Tax teams.
- Be responsible for billing, accounting and banking process.
- Coordinate of taxation and HR processes
- Work closely with Tax, Legal and Labour advisors
- Analyse financial statements, manage budgeting process and follow-up deviations to budget
- Be proactive in implementing improvements
Requirements
Mandatory requirements:
- Strong technical financial and accounting background: about 5 years of professional experience working on an international environment.
- Degree in Economy, Business Management, Finance, Accounting or related.
- Fluent in English (both oral and written) and desirable Spanish.
- Willing to travel frequently (50% of the time)
- Good analytical, problem solving and decision-making skills.
- Ability to demonstrate the use of initiative in developing ideas and implementing improvements to working practices.
