Essential duties: Develops first Partners for the market and enhances further development of the Sale force to make distribution effective and stable. Enhances effective communication for brand promotion, career path communication and motivation programs aimed to grow sales and develop the Salesforce. Enhances a high motivation of the Salesforce for program achievements for the sake of sales and sales force count development. Works closely with the regional office to prepare annual plans for the brand promotion, budgeting and control over the budget, regular monitoring of sales and financial KPIs in terms of product line/SKU. Regular product forecasting. Makes and presents regularly a full analysis of advertising and promo activities results, comparison with key players in the market, especially for the product line. Provides regularly a competitive analysis of effective activities, motivation programs, sales force events conducted by main competitors. Works closely with the regional office to prepare and adjust for the market all necessary marketing and advertising activities for Internet and BTL promotions, working with vendors for POSM, stock control, budgeting and latest estimates. A leading role in Salesforce meetings aimed to hold productive discussions about business, Salesforce development, needs and potential proposals to make the business effective. Product training conduction for the Salesforce, presentation of marketing activities, product offers etc. Forms and proactively develops the atmosphere of productive and open relationships with the Salesforce by motivation and support. Knowledge, skills, and abilities: University degree, in Marketing or related field Fluent English, good command of Russian is a plus 2 year of marketing experience is a must (for example marketing specialist, associate/junior brand manager), MLM or FMCG companies experience desired. Working experience in marketing agency is possible as well. Strategic thinking supported by analytical and organizational skills Product training experience (organization and conduction) Knowledge of field best practices, ability to adjust best practice to the companys business model Excellent presentation and communication skills PC literate MS Office Positive, result-oriented, responsible team player.
