As the Manager, Data Loss Prevention, you will be challenged to leverage your technical aptitude, to manage the DLP environment while collaborating with the Senior DLP Manager to build applicable rules and protections for critical data. You will be required to quickly gain knowledge and expertise to perform DLP processes as a primary resource. You will be required to demonstrate the ability to engage the information asset owner to understand and document their requirements for information protection services. Your Responsibilities
Assist the DLP program by participating in the implementation of the DLP strategy for Philips Lighting.
Perform operational tasks that would contribute to compliance of data in motion and data at rest in accordance with established DLP rules and guidelines.
Provides support for validation of adherence to the InfoSec data handling standard / guidelines.
Contributes in maintaining comprehensive updates and reporting to the Head of InfoSec Information Protection.
Contributes practically in key projects, ensuring their compatibility is aligned with the strategic direction.
Triage support for DLP events and incident management.
Support for the incident escalation process.
Your Team
As a member of the DLP team, you will report directly into the Head of InfoSec Information Protection of Philips Lighting. The team is focused on preventing intentional/unintentional exfiltration of identified intellectual property and protected data. The team governs a DLP framework and corresponding applications. You will be a critical member of the team that strives to ensure confidential data is protected and violations of policy are investigated. You will work closely with the entire Data Protection team to align objectives with processes.

Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Information Technology or Business, or equivalent experience.
3-5 years in IT with Information Security responsibilities, with 1-3 years managing a DLP environment or the demonstrated aptitude for Information Security practices.
3+ years working in an IT team environment.
1+ year working in a multinational environment.
Associate of ISC2, SSCP, Security+ or similar Information Security training or certification.
Demonstrated ability to learn new technologies, with a focus on Information Security.
Working understanding of operational tasks of DLP.
Knowledge of risk assessment processes.
Ability to be concise and clear in communication.
Ability to work well in a team to accomplish departmental objectives.
