Job Description
After successfully completing your degree in mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, power engineering and power engineering, you will first be employed as a project engineer and later as a plant engineer in one of our power plants at a production site. After a systematic training period, you will get to know the company practice at various locations of the K + S Group. Through the practical work, you will expand your expertise in managing, operating and optimizing our power plants and creating energy bills. We promote your personal development through targeted qualification measures and thus open up further career opportunities for you in the company.
By changing the application at different locations, you are prepared for later challenging and responsible activities, eg as a unit leader.
Your skills:
For this activity, we have a successfully completed degree at a Technical University (TU) / Technical University (TH) or Fachhochschule (FH) or a doctorate in
the field of mechanical engineering, power plant engineering or electrical engineering. As a matter of course, you have already been able to gain an initial job experience in related fields within the framework of internships or similar. In addition to excellent German language skills and good English language skills, you have good IT skills in the MS Office products. Personally, you convince yourself with your own initiative, resilience and teamwork. Flexibility and mobility complete your profile.
