Job Description
Multi Channel Product Manager
London - Permanent - Full Time - 39 Hours
It’s not often you get the chance to develop a new business within a business, that’s already over 20,000 people strong. And it’s even rarer to do so at the start of one of the most exciting digital transformations in retail. At Wilko, it’s all going on. We’re growing our digital offering, our digital team, and the skills and careers of ambitious digital professionals with the passion, initiative and drive to get stuff done. Lots of stuff. Essentially, overhauling all the platforms and features needed to offer a world-class retail experience – no matter how, when or where our customers engage with us. It’s not for the faint hearted. But it is for big thinkers who want the scope and sense of adventure of a start up – with the stability and backing of a loved, established brand.
With a huge digital strategy already largely in place, it’s your chance to define and prioritise what’s needed across all our channels, work with teams across Wilko to deliver it and put your name to high profile work that will be seen by millions. We’re looking for innovators, leaders, doers. People with original ideas on how to quadruple our online sales, and the skills to make them happen.
As a Product Manager focused on our multi-channel offer, your role will be to make the journey across our website, mobile site and stores seamless. That means asking (and answering) a lot of questions… how do we improve the customer experience across every channel? What new features could we offer? How do we maximise existing ones? And all at the right cost? From ordering online, to fulfilling in store, to home delivery, your solutions will bring a smile to the face of even more customers.
It’s not often you get to come in when a project is just beginning, make your mark and say you’ve helped deliver a huge programme. Especially with a business that’s set to hit massive heights over the next few years. But if you can pinpoint our customers’ needs, define how we meet them and confidently speak to technical teams to deliver new stuff, this could be perfect for you.
