Currently we are looking for talented sales individuals eager to help us to develop business in Germany. We are looking for result oriented professionals that would be instrumental in expanding DataArt presence in Munich. The Sales Manager is responsible for generating leads, as well as qualifying and securing new business opportunities. This individual will work in close cooperation with sales team and other sales support units. Position requires frequent regional travel (5 days per month). Mandatory requirements 3 years of experience selling IT consulting and software development services in a "hunter" sales capacity with a demonstrated track record of new logo acquisition and account penetration; Bachelor or Master degree. Business, communication or information technology (applications from other disciplines are also welcome); Solid experience of selling custom solutions and technology consultancy; Excellent communication and presentation skills; Fluent German and English languages; Good understanding of software development methodologies and technologies; Ability to work as part of a team with technical consultants and pre-sales support; Willingness to go on business trips. Additional requirements Understanding of Financial Services, Insurance, Healthcare, Telecom, IoT or Automotive industries is a plus; Experience in software outsourcing is helpful. Responsibilities Support regional sales in Germany; Prospecting, identifying & closing new business; Build own pipeline; Build/maintain strong business relationships with ?-level counterparty on client side; Running regular sales reports on opportunities.
