Job Description
As Project Manager City Farming, your role is to educate and empower our partners to become better Philips users. You will proactively look for solutions to problems and propose improvements if something could work better. You are part of the Global City Farming team, and contribute to the global strategy for Philips Lighting. Philips Lighting challenges you to expand your horizon and the vertical farming business.
Your responsibilities
• Takes defined solution elements for City Farms and turn them into technical solutions compliant with customer requirements;
• Scans and analyzes available competitor/3rd party offerings to create a competitive solution;
• Works closely with technical subject matter experts for relevant sub-systems input;
• Works together with business developers and the development and engineering team to design solutions to meet customer performance and cost requirements
Your Team
You will be part of a dynamic, forward-driven and ambitious team of Plant Experts and Technical, Marketing and Project professionals. You report to the Global Director City Farming in the Philips Horticulture LED Solutions team. You are based in Eindhoven (Netherlands).

Requirements
• At least a Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or similar;
• At least 3 years of relevant project management expertise in a B2B environment, preferable within new business creation for systems.
