Your contribution
Promote the transformation of customer engagement by implementing risk prevention operations with indicators linked to customer success in relation to all stakeholders (prevention vs. reaction),
Manage the deployment of client projects for a timely realization with the expected level of quality and capitalization of the associated data,
Be a trusted interlocutor for sales and service teams on support issues and advise on risk mitigation measures for customer success,
Manage the "closed list" client for a Fix Pack deployment (patches) and control its implementation as part of our processes with the expected level of quality,
Work with industry R & D teams on selected projects of LEAD clients to ensure that these reference customers deploy on the expected date with the expected level of quality and dedicated governance,
Maintain a 360 ° vision of customer deployment and production health and take corrective action,
Your assets to succeed
Engineering degree or equivalent.
You have a first experience with a software or service company that allowed you to develop skills in project management and crisis.
You know how to handle pressure and priorities.
Strong communication skills with interlocutors of different levels.

Ability to work in both written and spoken English.
