Main Job Responsibilities - Business Development Research and manage sales leads Targeting Campaigns for new and existing clients with initial email contact, mail outs and tracking Development of new and existing accounts Booking meetings with end users Development of the professional team relationships with main contractors, architects, project managers and PQ’s, etc. Cold calling potential clients Arranging client appointments / issuing information to clients inc. product updates Preparation of quotations Updating customer records on CRM database Closing orders / following up of outstanding quotes Order processing including delivery scheduling Client / internal liaison for project installation Production of sales forecasts Additional Job Specifications - Office Administration Liaise with Customers/Clients as a first point of contact, ensuring all guests receive a warm welcome and a positive impression of the company Responsibility for managing meeting rooms, ensuring they are correctly set up with refreshments and catering as ordered Ad-hoc duties including arranging couriers and taxis, distributing incoming faxes Purchase components etc. from suppliers Office maintenance and supplies/stationary
