SUMMARY The Resource Assistant will collect, analyze and process data from multiple sources and systems and consolidate in a final document .The Resource Assistant will collaborate with managers, supervisors, and site personnel as applicable to ensure accurate data is provided in a timely manner. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: • Maintain and purchase all necessary materials and supplies through iProcurement to support facility operations and equipment • Verify, manage, and approve all vendor invoices • Create POs and deliver POs, invoices and cost estimates to vendors and customers • Collect data, ensure accuracy, and process through appropriate systems • Prepare reports for managers • Obtain information from managers, supervisors, and site personnel as applicable le and load the data in to systems of record • Monitor systems of record to ensure compliance and accuracy • Work proactively with managers to ensure data is provided on time and in accordance with scheduled deadlines • Run scheduled and ad hoc reports as required for functional and/or operational teams • Obtain required daily documentation/confirmation of work performed as applicable • Perform other duties as assigned KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES: • Microsoft Office Skills, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and Access (use – not programming) • Ability to multi-task, detail-oriented and organized, with high degree of attention to detail and accuracy • Deductive reasoning skills • Interpersonal Skills: communicates/interacts well with others • Able to work in a fast-paced, constantly changing environment • Ability to work independently and/or with teams • Ability to handle multiple projects concurrently and be very results-oriented • Strong written and oral abilities in English (Proficiency) and local language (Depending Country Support) EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE: • High School Diploma or equivalent • Two years of administrative experience required
