Your daily challenges:
* You are responsible for the successful sale of our Dynamics CRM Online offer to customers from various industries.
* Throughout the entire sales phase and beyond, you are the most important contact partner for the customer, who clarifies product-specific details, integrates internal and external resources - and creates sales opportunities.
* You promote sales through partners by coordinating them during and after the sales phase.
* They work very closely with the account teams and together develop the account strategy for customer loyalty systems (CRM & xRM).
* When implementing the solution, you work closely with the system integrators to ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction.
* You regularly return the customer feedback to the Microsoft product teams so they can customize their service offer accordingly.
Your profile:
* Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Informatics or Business Administration
* Proven success in sales of IT business solutions with special consideration
Of individual customer requirements
* Good process understanding in CRM management systems, campaign and service management as well as understanding of customer needs
* Long-term professional practice in the management of sales processes and sales partners
* Ideally, very good knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics CRM and good know-how of other Microsoft products
* Good insight into other CRM solutions (such as Oracle, SAP, or Salesforce.com), including value propositions and implementation models
* First-class communication skills to take advantage of our solutions
* Excellent solution orientation and communication strength
