YaraAbout the Unit The Yara IT organization is responsible for Yara's use of IT worldwide. In addition to a small CIO function, the IT organization consists of seven departments covering the Demand, Supply and Control domains of IT, where the CIO office covers strategies, governance and financials. The IT organization is about 300 employees located at a number of Yara sites. IT services are extensively outsourced. Yara IT provides services to both Crop Nutrition and Industrial, which are our commercial organizations focusing on different products and customer segments. Becoming customer centric is a key enabler of the strategy for both these commercial units, and CRM will play an important role to achieve this. Yara have selected Salesforce as its global CRM platform and have just launched pilots in 5 markets. Yara have ambitious plans to both roll it out across 40 countries, and enhance it with adding new features and functionality. Yara sees Salesforce as a key tool to help us become more customer centric, capture the insights and knowledge we gather and ultimately help us create more relevance for customers - resulting in more effective marketing, sales and service. The main focus is to take responsibilities in managing the Salesforce services, provide expertise, manage IT suppliers, and develop and manage relationship with the business community and stakeholders sitting mainly in Oslo, but also in other countries around Europe. Responsibilities Plan and implement functional changes to SalesForce in cooperation with business stakeholders Monitor and follow up delivery of services based on Salesforce, according to agreed service levels Identify and recommend service improvements to Salesforce Provide Salesforce expertise in order to support business process requirement elicitation, functional analysis and design, validation and release Ensure sufficient competency on all Salesforce functional areas - be the SME on the functionality provided by Salesforce Support super user networks Profile Degree, preferably Master (minimum Bachelor), within Business Administration/Engineering/Computer Science, plus minimum 3 years relevant experience. Long relevant experience can compensate for lack of formal education Deep technical and functional knowledge, experience and competence within Salesforce Experience in a complex, multi-cultural, multi-vendor environment Ability to establish and maintain a high level of customer trust and confidence Self-motivated, ability to work independently and define and prioritize own targets and tasks Good training and communication skills Fluency in English is required Additional Information Join us in making our new Salesforce implementation a story of success and achievement within Yara!
