Job Description
This is an excellent internship opportunity for a proactive candidate who is looking to expand his/her Human Resources knowledge and learn more about Philips’ HR business processes and the main HR tool (Workday). The assignments’ domains will be very broad: ranging from communication & training activities, up to deep diving in the reporting domain.
Your responsibilities
Maintain documentation materials (both for HR and manager/employee) up to date according to the changes in our main HR system (Workday)
Support in diverse initiatives (defining the HR language strategy, coordinate training initiatives for the organization, develop new training materials)
Continuous improvement of the ways of working
Your team
You will be part of the Global HR Systems team of Philips Lighting, which is ensuring the support of the main HR tools, such as Workday, HR Portal and the Case Management System.
