We are looking for an Inside Sales Representative to join our European Inside Sales team based in Barcelona. This international team is expected to continue growing in the coming years, and will be focused not only on lead generation, but also on anti-piracy activities and on Dassault Systèmes Cloud-based software sales. What will your job be?
1) Leads Development:
Contact customers through Warm or Cold Calling approach
Qualify actual interest thru various criteria (budget, sponsor, need, timeline)
Listen to prospects’ and customers’ needs, pains and wants, and determine touch points with Dassault Systèmes’ offering.
Qualify, manage and nurture marketing leads through a process to become sales accepted leads and opportunities.
2) Opportunity management:
Build the sales pipeline, collaborate with the Field to streamline application and process efficiency
Manage some opportunities and closing on selected solutions and customers.
Update leads in the CRM for further actions to be put in place by the sales team
The challenges ahead
As a member of Value Solutions sales channel, your mission will be to transform Marketing leads into Sales Accepted leads and opportunities. Then, you will work with the Partner Success Managers either to prepare the next step of the deals or to close some opportunities in real autonomy. Your geographical scope will cover German-speaking customers.
Candidate's profile
Your key success factors
Bachelor’s degree from a 4+ year university / business school.
At least 2 to 5 years of successful experience in tele sales and telemarketing
Inbound and outbound inside sales experience
Manage ecosystem
Effective Communication (written and verbal) and active listening skills
Effective time management skills
Ability to listen customers and guide them to the right resources and solutions
Sales Process and Tools
Fluent English and German
Experience in Cloud Solutions selling
