Job Description
As an intern in Sales and Customer Care, you have the unique opportunity to gain first-hand insights into the transformation process and take on responsibility for your own deliverables. You learn how different distribution channels collaborate at Zurich and how internal communications is structured to address different stakeholder groups. Depending on duration and focus of your internship, you organize events, write newsletters, design intranet presences or important presentations. With these concrete work results, you get a chance to show off your skills.
Your Role
As an intern in Sales and Customer Care your main responsibilities will involve:
Help shape our internal communication plan: definition of stakeholder groups, media types, frequency, content
Redesign our intranet pages
Assist in updating standard reports in the context of different projects
Market research: identify important trends in the insurance industry
Your Skills and Experience
As an intern in Sales and Customer Care your skills and qualifications will ideally include:
Enrolled in the last year of a Bachelor’s program or with a Master’s degree in progress
A flair for new media and technology
Interest in insurance and direct business
First experience in the area of communication or in an insurance company
Excellent MS PowerPoint skills
Motivated, committed and willing to show initiative
Stellar analytical skills
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Team player and customer focus
Fluent in English and at least one Swiss national language

Primary work location is Zurich-Oerlikon.
