What we offer:
As an IT Helpdesk Administrator (w / m) you are working on all tasks related to our office IT infrastructure. You take care of the setup and maintenance of PCs and notebooks, the installation of hardware and software solutions such as printers and telephones, as well as solving problems of our employees with technical devices.
You are the first contact for technical problems for the employees in our office in Berlin. You expect a strong growing company with a young and dedicated team.
Your tasks:
Install and set up notebooks, additional devices, and software
1st and 2nd level support in the IT Helpdesk for our employees
Timely update of hardware and software systems
Inventory of technical equipment, software products and licenses
Escalation of complex requests to the IT Operations Team
Support for onboarding new employees
Remote support for our international offices
Your profile:
You have very good knowledge in the administration of Windows 7/8/10 systems within a domain
You have experience administering a Microsoft Active Directory Server
You know the basics of IT security
You are communicative and customer oriented
You go to structured problem settings
You can work very well in a team as well as alone
