Are you looking for a job as Property Manager? Our Infrastructure & Real Estate department is looking for a colleague: Does this challenge appeal to you? You supervise the terminal with due care and diligence and are responsible for monitoring and coordinating all activities within this area. You are the first point of contact for internal and external stakeholders and safeguard the house rules, procedures and legal obligations within the terminal area. You maintain regular contact with the various internal clients and maintain an overall picture of the needs and demands. You ensure that this is clearly reported. You are the first line of defence in technical matters for internal customers and offer technical recommendations. You are alert to possible problems, dangers or matters that require attention. You accept the role of supervisor and you are actively present in the terminal to monitor the various activities. You are responsible for setting up a communications platform in which all those involved can share in a transparent manner information concerning activities and events that could have an operational impact in the terminal area. What baggage do you bring with you? You have a Masters diploma, preferable in a technical area (Engineer, Facility Management etc.). You have at least 5 years’ experience within a complex technical environment with a large number of stakeholders. You have a general knowledge of building techniques and maintenance. You are fluent in Dutch and French. Knowledge of English is an advantage. You are highly customer-driven and have exceptional communicative skills. You are a problem solver who looks for compromises, but also maintains the balance between operational demands and necessary procedures. You are stress-resistant, analytic and pragmatic.
