Band 5 Paediatric Staff Nurse
Emergency Medicine Department
Applications are invited for the post of Band 5 Paediatric Staff Nurse in the Emergency Department.
The Emergency Department is located in a purpose built department within Whiston Hospital, has both Adult and Paediatric state of the art emergency care facilities and is committed to the ongoing development of its service, in supporting improvements within its service provision.
We are looking to recruit a permanent, full time Band 5 Paediatric Staff Nurse to join our friendly team of nurses in our busy department. This is a fantastic opportunity if you have a genuine interest in paediatric emergency nursing. You must be dynamic, proactive, committed, organised, a team player and have a genuine passion for your job as a paediatric nurse. The department sees around 70 children a day ranging from minor to life threatening illnesses/injuries. We are waiting to hear from you!

Suitable applicants will have demonstrable experience and/or enthusiasm in working within an Emergency Department.
These posts will be subject to an Enhanced DBS check with barred list for vulnerable adults.
