Job Description
Tasks:
- Demonstrate good understanding of Supply Chain Management
- Oversee analysis of SCM transactions and highlights discrepancies for correction
- Oversee organization and work allocation for individuals involved in processing
- Identify, recommend and assist in implementation of best practices
- Provide regular coaching and training to the team members
- Manage selection, development and periodic performance review of team members
- Ensure a positive working relationship within the team and with key stakeholders
Requirements:
- Degree in Economics, SCM or related area
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Supply Chain Management
- At least 1 years’ experience in a team lead role
- Very good English and Finnish language skills
- Experience in SAP and Shared Services Center for a Global Company will be an advantage
