AdobeThe challenge This is an outstanding opportunity to join the Adobe Analytics/Target/Audience Manager Consulting team at a time of great growth. As a Consultant within our group, you will be responsible for the design and implementation of solutions that deliver on our customer’s business, functional, technical and customer experience goals, often by integrating with other products within the Adobe Marketing Cloud. You’ll be working on large scale implementation projects, but also providing technical and business consulting to aid the adoption and expansion of Adobe Analytics/Audience Manager within client organisations, with a strong focus on business outcomes. You’ll work with a large team of Consultants and offshore delivery resources who will support in delivering your solutions, in addition to our Sales team, who will call on your expertise for opportunities with new and existing clients. The ideal candidate is a Marketing Technologist with strong development experience who is a clear communicator, highly credible as a Consultant, is confident working in strategic environments and enjoys finding technical solutions to business challenges. What you’ll do The consultant position is a strategic and client facing role requiring both technical and business & Digital Marketing knowledge and skills. Consultants work to gather and understand their client's Analytics, Target and/or Audience Manager requirements Deliver best practices and business & technical consulting where needed. Advise key stakeholders and drive client success based on clients most important business drivers Interact frequently with clients via phone, email, and/or in-person—including interaction with marketers, optimization teams, analysts, web developers and Senior executives. Effectively present technical details to a non-technical audience Communicate confidently and proactively with customers throughout the project lifecycle Manage multiple client engagements simultaneously Manage customer expectations appropriately and keep projects on schedule and within scope Become an expert in the use of Adobe products and the methods by which they can be used to effectively optimize online businesses Work to educate clients on the best practices in relation to the Adobe marketing cloud platforms, their specific industry and key business requirements Keep accurate daily records of client billable time Some technical writing and PowerPoint presentation creation What you need to succeed Hands on experience working with Digital Marketing technologies. Experience of Adobe Analytics, Adobe Target or Audience Manager is a bonus. Experience working with data management platforms. Experience of Adobe Audience Manager is a bonus. Experience working with across web optimization strategies (roadmap development, heuristics & implementation) Experience on Web technologies including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery and ASP is preferred Passion for the internet domain and use of technology to solve business problems Above-average business skills including the ability to quickly understand a client’s business and apply that understanding to software implementations that create maximum business value for the client Solid understanding of general business, digital concepts and strategies Must be self-motivated, responsive, professional and dedicated to customer success Possess an innovative, problem-solving, and solutions-oriented mindset Exceptional organizational, presentation, and communication skills – both verbal and written Demonstrated ability to learn quickly, be a team player, and manage change effectively Experience presenting in front of groups Experience of working in client facing environment Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Office Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience Global experience is highly desired and so is a willingness to travel At Adobe, you will be immersed in an exceptional work environment that is recognized throughout the world on Best Companies lists.
