Global Human Resources is looking for a candidate to join the HR partner team in our office in Leiden.

What you will do:
As Senior HR partner, you will act as an internal consultant, providing professional HR guidance and support, with the objective of adding value and in respect of existing HR policies and procedures.
The HR partner creates a true partnerships with his/her assigned teams, coaches, supports and challenges people managers in all people related matters and processes to co-craft the mid- and long term division strategy and organization.
You will report to the Lead HR partner and have a strong connection to the teams you support. Frequent travels to the headquarters in Belgium will be required.
As a Senior HR Partner, you will also be involved in our global HR projects and activities.
Responsibilities:
Act as Trusted partner in all people related matters and building meaningful personal relationships, coach and support on various human resources topics and facilitate organization design
Facilitate the delivery of People Performance related processes like performance appraisals, promotions, merit & bonus, coach managers in their own development as well as on the development of their teams, design & deliver ad hoc team workshop facilitation
Develop Talent working with management to identify the skills development needs. Define and deliver a talent development strategy, using a combination of tools, training, coaching, trading places, etc
Acquire Talent supporting the recruiting managers shaping the role profiles content of open positions, identify the best option for sourcing, support the candidates selection for your customer; discuss the needs and plans for succession of key positions
Contribute to the definition and the roll-out of HR strategy projects, with both company-wide impact and implications for own area of support to the business
Contribute to the development of strong HR expertise for SWIFT, through learning, using and continuously improving HR processes. Develop and maintain external contacts in area of expertise to stay abreast of best practices
Qualifications:
At least 5 years' experience as HR Business Partner in a multi-country/cultural organization
University degree
Fluent in English
Ability to travel to headquarters in Belgium
